Nanolia CCC System

A complete system for cleaning, regenerating and for the care of painted surfaces, metals, glass fibre GFK and plastics.

Examples of use:

        Heavily weathered surfaces : First a treatment with CLEAN, a further treatment with COAT

        Slight to medium weathering of surfaces: One treatment with COAT

        Optically perfect surfaces: One Treatment with CARE

Nanolia CCC- Clean

Nanolia CCC- Clean is a high-gloss polishing product, free from wax and silicone for the removal of “heavy chalking” or soiling (by oil, tar, paint remains, crusted salt, and rubber marks). Suitable for the cleaning and “brightening-up”/regeneration of plastics, glass fibre GFK, stainless-steel and for any other painted elements. Not for use on aluminium.

Nanolia CCC- Clean should be used for the preparation of surfaces to be treated with Nanolia CCC-COAT or CARE.

Application:

Always test a small sample to ensure that the desired result is achieved before proceeding with the main project. If in doubt, do not proceed. Apply undiluted using a damp cloth (lint-free) or with a sponge, generously to the surface, ensuring a good surface coverage. Day-to-day dirt will easily be removed. The procedure for the removal of chalking will depend upon how extreme the individual situation is. Then dry and wipe off using a dry cloth or cleaning-wool/cotton wool. To obtain maximum gloss we recommend that you work use a polishing machine with a felt pad at 2.000 to 2.500 rpm. During the application make sure that there is always humidity on the surface being treated – ideally use a spray-bottle with water for this purpose.

This product is not classified as “dangerous goods” according to the German regulations RID, ADR, ADNR, IMDG, IATA-DGR.

Availability:

0,5 kg bottle, 5 kg canister, 10 kg canister. Other packing forms/sizes are possible after prior consultation with us and according to the transport possibilities/regulations.

Storage:

The product may be stored for at least 12 months in its original packing. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Disposal (German regulations):

Empty containers as well as any remaining product must be disposed of according to the local laws and regulations or it must be taken to the community collection point for such materials.


Nanolia CCC- COAT

Nanolia CCC- COAT is a semi-permanent solvent based fine polish with “easy-to-clean” additive. Surfaces are able to be freshened-up and regenerated in just one simple working process, whilst at the same time coating the surface. An extra-thin and friction resistant sealing is achieved which acts as a protection against outside influences. Treated elements are then much easier to clean and do not accumulate new dirt easily by virtue of the “easy-to-clean” effect. Chemical cleaners/detergents are no longer necessary.

Suitable for use on glass-fibre GFK, stainless –steel, carbon materials, chrome and painted surfaces.

Aqueous solution with cleaning additives.

Application:

Always test a small sample to ensure that the desired result is achieved before proceeding with the main project. If in doubt, do not proceed.

Do not dilute. Shake the container well. The two phases should be mixed completely. Work at a temperature  between +5 and +25 °C. In the case of sensitive surfaces (i.e. acrylic) scratching may occur – therefore make a  test on a suitable part of the surface to be treated. Do not use on surfaces which are sensitive to acids such a marble or other natural stone types. First clean the surface of any radical dirt/dust/soiling. Apply a small amount of Nanolia CCC- COAT using a cloth which is dry and lint-free. Using a circular motion and a little pressure clean/coat the surface. The very best results are achieved when using a polishing machine. After coating excess polish and dirt particles will remain on the surface. Allow first to dry for about 15 to 20 minutes, - and now using a polishing cloth remove the excess polish and dirt – do not use a polishing machine for this process!. For maximum gloss and a long lasting effect we recommend a prior treatment using Nanolia CCC- Clean The treated surfaces can easily be cleaned from dust or dirt by simply using a damp cloth or sponge. Apply no wax to a treated surface. When the effect has eventually worn down – quite simply refresh, using the treatment method described here.

Nanolia CCC- CARE

Nanolia CCC- CARE is a semi-permanent, optically neutral, care and coating system. On glass-fibre GFK, metals, plastics, and painted surfaces, it gives them water, oil and dirt deflecting properties. Added to which the surfaces then are very easy to clean. This product is an invisible coating, which contains no abrasive ingredients. Use on new and optically finished surfaces (as you wish them to be). These surfaces are then protected against soiling by dirt/dust.

Technical Data:

A solution, containing solvents, in suspension with care/cleaning additives.

Application:

Always test a small sample to ensure that the desired result is achieved before proceeding with the main project. If in doubt, do not proceed.

Do not dilute. The surface to be treated should be clean and free from any fat/oils. Make a test on an appropriate part of the surface first to ensure suitability (because of the solvent content). Apply a small amount of Nanolia CCC- CARE using a clean duster (i.e. a cotton cloth). Apply thinly and covering the whole surface area. After a waiting time of about 15 to 20 minutes a film will become visible and this should be polished-off using a soft cloth. After about 1 hour the chemical binding process on the surface is complete. The treated surface can quite simply be easily cleaned of any dust/dirt using a damp cloth or sponge. Do not apply any waxes to the treated surfaces. Should the effect wear down, quite simply refresh by using/repeating the treatment method described here!
