Nanolia-PreCleaner

Nanolia-PreCleaner is suitable for cleaning metal, painted and plastic surfaces. It will remove even the most stubborn dirt, i.e. from boat hulls accumulated by the passage through water, rust, mould and fungus, fat and oils and also any remains of polish traces etc. (For extreme contamination we offer the special version Nanolia-PreCleaner S – details on request.)

Properties:

  • Ideal for the special preparation of surfaces to be treated with Nanolia Protect
  • A neutral special cleaner for the thorough cleaning of all types of metal and especially coloured metals
  • Accelerates the drying process by virtue of a hydrophobic effect
  • Perfect for use for immersion baths and for sonic equipment
  • Protects sensitive metals through the built-in corrosion inhibitor
  • Highly concentrated and therefore highly productive and economical
  • Biologically degradable according to the OECD regulations

Application:

Always test a small sample to ensure that the desired result is achieved before proceeding with the main project. If in doubt, do not proceed.

Mix the cleaner in the proportion 1:10 with water. When used for cleaning metals mix the cleaner in the pro-portion 1:20. Apply to the surface to be treated generously using a sponge. Leave for 20 minutes to soak in and take effect. Rinse off using plenty of water.

This product is not classified as “dangerous goods” according to the German regulations RID, ADR, ADNR, IMDG, IATA-DGR.

Availability:

0,25 kg bottle, 1 kg bottle, 10 kg canister. Other packing forms/sizes are possible after prior consultation with us and according to the transport possibilities/regulations.

Storage:

The product may be stored for at least 24 months in its original packing. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Disposal (German regulations):

Empty containers as well as any remaining product must be disposed of according to the local laws and regulations or it must be taken to the community collection point for such materials.
