Anti Graffiti NanoliaCrete

NANOLIA Anti Graffiti NanoliaCrete is a permanent water-based graffiti protection for absorbent mineral substrates. Free from organic solvents, it is resistant to solvents and acidic and alkaline attacks, it creates an invisible, hydrophobic, oleophobic, breathable and weather stable surface. Paints and coatings cannot penetrate the surface and thus adhere only weakly.  Reduces the growth of algae, lichens and mosses. Meets all relevent requirements the German Quality Association Gütegemeinschaft Anti-Graffiti  e.V.

Treated surfaces can be easily cleaned with Nanolia Graffiti Cleaner liquid or gel up to 6-8 times without having to renew the protective layer.

Application:

Suitable for all mineral surfaces such as concrete, masonry and natural stone. Not suitable for non-mineral plaster and painted surfaces.

Always test a small sample to ensure that the desired result is achieved before proceeding with the main project. If in doubt, do not proceed.

Apply to clean and dry surfaces only. Shake containers vigorously or stir to distribute contents evenly. Can be brushed, rolled, or airless sprayed. For spray application dilute with water to a maximum of 2.5%. Apply at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C. Cover adjacent land, objects and crops while spraying.

The job should be done in two operations.

  1. Apply evenly from bottom to top. The water-repellent effect developed in a few minutes.
  2. The second layer is applied after waiting 45-75 minutes. Excess quantities should be distributed immediately because after successful drying visual errors in the form of stripes etc. may arise.

Please note that the full anti graffiti effect takes about 3-5 days to complete.

Creating test samples of the surfaces to be treated is strongly advised in order to assess likely spread rates and possible colour changes. Application specifics are highly dependent on the nature of surface to be treated. We will be pleased to advise you in detail on this subject

Spread Rate:

Consumption is dependent on the material surface and structure. Maximum consumption is 0.2 kg per m². Actual coverage ranges between 8 m²-12 m²

Care:

Nanolia Anti Graffiti NanoliaCrete is acid and alkali resistant. However, strong alkaline cleaners above pH 12 can attack the protective layer and reduce durability and cleanability. Cleaning with abrasive should be avoided as mechanical influences can destroy the protective layer.  With good care, the protective layer will last about 5 years.

Availability:

5 kg canister, 10 kg canister, 25 kg canister, 210 kg Barrel. Other packing forms/sizes are possible after prior consultation with us and according to the transport possibilities/regulations.

Storage:

At least 12 months in closed store. Protect from direct exposure to radiation and temperatures above 40 ° C. Protect from Frost.

Disposal (German regulations):

Empty containers as well as any remaining product must be disposed of according to the local laws and regulations or it must be taken to the community collection point for such materials.
